NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2026-CA-001637-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Elvin O. Aldarondo Matias; Yahaira M. Olivero Rodriguez are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK J OF REPLAT MONTEREY SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE(S) 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
