Certificate No. 1226 (representing 5 shares) of EAGLE POINT HOMEOWNERS, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, recorded on October 4, 2002 at Official Records Book 2105 page 326 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with the 1974 mobile home (VIN 2162202AH&B) situated on Unit/ Lot #146 of Eagle Point, 10303 Burnt Store Road, #146, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff’s Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams & Reese LLP, 2001 Siesta Drive, Suite 302, Sarasota, Florida 34239 on or before 9/30/26, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
