Lot No. 125, located in SUGAR CREEK CAMPGROUND ESTATES, a Cooperative Campground, developed upon land specifically described in Official Records Book 888, Pages 859 and 860, and as shown on Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) recorded in Official Records Book 888, Page 865, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Association Assessment Attorneys, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 111 2nd Ave. N.E. Suite 539, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
