Lot 23, Block J, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION, UNIT THREE, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 66, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida, together with the 1962 SPTC single-wide mobile located therein, VIN 2904, Title No. 0009168517;
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ryan J. Vatalaro, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1313 North Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33607, ON OR BEFORE A DATE WHICH IS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
