PRINE; Unknown tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession Defendant(s) are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BAY VIEW SHORES DEVELOPMENT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
