WARWICK AKA GAGE WARWICK AKA GAGE LOGAN WARWICK, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 27, L.W. HOOKER AND F.D. ROBERSON`S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF FORT MEADE, AS SHOWN IN MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “I”, PAGE 217, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH 107 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 85.03 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 190.8 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 2, THENCE RUN NORTH 85.03, THENCE RUN WEST 190.8 FEET RETURNING TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
