NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Non-Homestead dated August 11, 2026, and entered in Case no. 2026-CA-00517-NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein A.A.D.A. INC, et. al. as the Plaintiffs, and REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST LLC, et.al., as the Defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on September 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 44, NEWTOWN FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS THAT PART OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING 80 FEET X 100 FEET IN THE SOUTHEAST CONER OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED TRACT.
IT IS SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTOOD THAT THE 80 FEET AS DESCRIBED ABOVE LIES ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF BUTLER AVENUE.
