NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August18, 2026 entered in Case No. 25CA004492 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2026, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit #324 of VENICE ISLE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded on Official Records Book 2925, Pages 2868 - 2926, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. (Lessee is the owner of appurtenant Membership Certificate #324 of VENICE ISLE HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida non-profit cooperation.)
a/k/a 735 Roma Road, Venice, FL 34285.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AMOUNTS AS UNCLAIMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 45.031.
