NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-006251 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP is Plaintiff and RONALD E. THOMAS, II; CAROL THOMAS; FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; REYNOLDS VENTURES, INC D/B/A THE WRIGHTWAY EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL, LLC; BAYWOOD COLONY VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 15th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
