NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of July, 2026 entered in Case No. 2026 CA 000341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee of Chester Road Funding Trust II is the Plaintiff and Jocardo Investments, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, Jose Horacio Cardona Cabrera and the City of Sarasota, Florida are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with section 45.031, Fla. Stat, at 9:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK I, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT THERETO, NEWTOWN PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND THE WEST 1 FOOT OF LOT 19, BLOCK I, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT THERETO, NEWTOWN PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
