Lot 1, in Block 11, of COPPERSPRING PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 84 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 4260 Hanover Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34653.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 1, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
