Plaintiff, and, RICHARD PAUL KIM AKA RICHARD P. KIM, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 28, OF MIRADA PARCELS 8A AND 8B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
