NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 07, 2026, entered in Case No.: 26-CA-003667 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KARRIE L. REDWINE A/K/A KARRIE L. HOOKER, GARY S. REDWINE, JR., THE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION AT WESTWOOD LAKES, INC., and DISCOVER BANK are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, shall sell the subject property at public sale on SEPTEMBER 09, 2026 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed. The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
LOT 11, BLOCK 19, WESTWOOD LAKES PHASE “2C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
