NOTICE is hereby given that Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:

Begin at point on Easterly boundary of Lot 10, a distance of South 00 degrees 14 seconds 44 minutes West 18.40 feet, along said Easterly boundary from Northeasterly corner of said Lot 10 and running thence with a point of said Easterly boundary South 00 degrees 14 minutes 44 seconds West 96.73 feet; thence continue with part of the said Easterly, boundary of Lot 10, South 00 degrees 15 minutes 04 seconds West, 2.45 feet; thence crossing said Lot 10, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 57 seconds West, 101.41 feet to a point of the Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of Zion Street; thence with part of the said Right-of-Way line, 38.06 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of 75 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 25 degrees 28 minutes 19 seconds West, 37.65 feet thence North 44 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East, 42.19 feet; thence North 68 degrees 29 minutes 13 seconds East, 95.24 feet to the Point of Beginning.
