CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, BRYAN GUTIERREZ, and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS or any parties in possession, in Case No. 2025-CA-005630, the Clerk of this Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will at 9:00 a.m. on September 17, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://lee.realforeclose.com/, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situated and being in Lee County, Florida more particularly described as:
