NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-005477 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW TYNER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ABBIE LYNN TATE A/K/A ABBIE ROSEN TATE, DECEASED; SINCERE HOME BUYERS, LLC; LISA JOY SEIF; JILL CARRIE GREEN A/K/A JILL ROSEN are Defendants, I, Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on October 22, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
