NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CA-001281 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM2, is Plaintiff and Bruce E. Ross a/k/a Bruce Edward Ross a/k/a Bruce Ross; Unknown Spouse of Bruce E. Ross a/k/a Bruce Edward Ross a/k/a Bruce Ross; Melissa Ross a/k/a Melissa D. Ross a/k/a Melissa Danielle Ross, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Kevin Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF.
Property Address: 19501 Pine Echo Road, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
