NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on January 15, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25000489CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein MAURICIO HUMBERTO JIMENEZ, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on March 2, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 607, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 25892 AYSEN DRIVE, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
