NOTICE OF REFERENDUM FOR AMENDMENT TO DISTRICT DEED RESTRICTIONS TO ALLOW SPECIFIC SIGNS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a referendum election for Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District (“District”) to amend its deed restrictions will be held on the 10th day of March, 2026. Polls will be open from 12 Noon to 8:00 PM. The District’s Referendum Election is held for the purpose of determining the following question:

Amendment to Trailer Estates Park and Recreation
District Deed Restrictions to allow Specific Signs

Shall District deed restrictions be amended to allow a sign no larger than 24” x 18” to be placed on the property for purposes of selling or renting. Political signage is also allowed as specified in the District Rules & Regulations. NO other types of signs are allowed.

All Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District registered voters should ensure that their correct address is on file in the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections Office. In accordance with Florida Statutes 101.6103 vote by mail ballots cannot be forwarded by the US Postal Service.
