Sale to be held at the property address of 6505 US Highway 301 N, Lot D12, Ellenton, FL 34222 located within the Palm Grove Park Mobile Home Park. NOTE: THIS SALE IS TAKING PLACE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY THEREFORE, THE SHERIFF IS NOT REQUIRED TO CONDUCT SUCH SALE.

Purchase must be made with cash only and paid at the above-referenced location in order to complete the transaction. Any Purchaser will be responsible to apply and be approved as an owner and/or tenant, as well as comply with all Rules, Regulations and the Declaration of Palm Grove Mobile Home Park.
