Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 28th day of January, 2026, and entered in case No. 25-CC-1815 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TERRACE I AT THE NATIONAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and PABLO ARMANDO HOYOS GOMEZ and LILIET B. MOSQUEDA SOZA are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on March 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 433, of Phase II, of TERRACE I AT THE NATIONAL, a Phase Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 6020, Page 1115, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
