NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-002205 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on March 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., after first giving notice as
required by § 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
