NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-002346 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., after first giving notice as required by § 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
A portion of Tract 44, Port Richey Land Company Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being more fully described as follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said Tract 44, Section 31, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, the same being the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 31; thence run along the East line of said Tract 44, N 0°12’21” E, a distance of 335 feet for a point of beginning; Thence N 89°35’16” W, parallel to the South boundary of said Tract 44, a distance of 125 feet; thence N 0°12’21” E, parallel to the East boundary of said Tract 44, a distance of 60 feet; thence S 89°35’16” E, a distance of 125 feet; thence along the East boundary of said Tract 44, S 0°12’21” W, a distance of 60 feet to the Point of Beginning; Less the East 25 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
