Maggard, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, 13134 US Highway 301, Dade City, Florida 33525, on or before MARCH 9TH, 2026 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
