MASSEY (DEED BOOK 194, PAGES 268 AND 269, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG EASTERLY LINE OF MIDNIGHT PASS ROAD (S.R. 789, 50 FOOT WIDE), 115 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID PROPERTY; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES 22’ TO THE RIGHT, RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG NORTHERLY LINE OF AFORESAID PROPERTY DEEDED TO WILLIAM H. MASSEY, 300 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE OF AFORESAID PROPERTY DEEDED TO WILLIAM H. MASSEY 130 FEET; THENCE WITH ANGLE OF 89 DEGREES 38’ TO THE RIGHT, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 115 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES 22’ TO THE RIGHT, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 130 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 89 DEGREES 38’ TO THE RIGHT, RUN NORTHWESTERLY 115 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER A 15 FOOT EASEMENT DESCRIBED AS A 15 FOOT EASEMENT RUNNING ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE AND PROPERTY LINE OF THE AFORESAID PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 194 PAGES 268 AND 269 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXTENDING FROM MIDNIGHT PASS ROAD TO A CERTAIN 30 FOOT EASEMENT, THE CENTER OF WHICH IS 573 FEET FROM THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID MIDNIGHT PASS ROAD AS MEASURED ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY PROPERTY LINE OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 194 PAGES 268 AND 269, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LYING AND BEING IN U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 5, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 37S, RANGE 18E, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice on Tyler A. Tamiami Trail, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida 34239, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
