NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025CA001046CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NBKC Bank is the Plaintiff and Min Lincoln f/k/a Min Zhou; Two Cambridge Commons Condominium Association, Inc.; Heritage Lake Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 51, BUILDING 14 OF TWO CAMBRIDGE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3209, PAGE(S)1203, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
