NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2025 in Case No.: 2025 CA 001604 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND KENNETH DELFA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ALEXANDER FLUERY, and UNKNWON TENANT #2 NKA COLLIN FORD are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 A.M. on-line at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 20th day of March 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1916, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
