NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 7, 2026 in Case No.: 2023 CA 000284 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GROUNDFLOOR REAL ESTATE 1, LLC is Plaintiff, and, GOLD NEVADA LLC, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JUANA PEREZ, are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 A.M. on-line at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of March 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 17, NOKOMIS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 116 Nippino Trail E, Nokomis, FL 34275
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
