NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
WOODLANDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Woodlands Community Development District will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the Cypress Falls Clubhouse in the Internet Cafe, 2605 Arugula Drive, North Port, Florida

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate via telephone. Any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. Meetings may be continued to a date, time, and location to be specified on the record at the meetings without additional publication of notice.

A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager’s Office, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33607, (813) 873-7300, or by visiting the District’s website at https://www.woodlandscdd.org. Additionally, interested parties may refer to the District’s website for the latest District information.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (813) 873-7300 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
