That certain 1978 TIFF mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers TMGA6134FA and TMGA6134FB located in the River Bay Manufactured Home Community at 7011 Oyster Bay Drive, Lot No. 172, Tampa, Florida 33619,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of March 2026. Any person claiming and interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
