NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2025, and entered in 25-CA-002884 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-RP2 is the Plaintiff and MOLLY P. DU PARL; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-D; THERESA ARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
