NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2026 nunc pro tunc to January 22, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-004018 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2022-2, Plaintiff, and JOE T. PRENDOTA; STACEY PRENDOTA F/K/A STACEY L. WRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RICHARD MATZ, are
Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 26th day of February, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 2628, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 87 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
