Lot 60, FOREST RIDGE SHORES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64, Pages 83 through 87, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
