NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-003703, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and FLTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1304 ISLAMORADA LAND TRUST, COURTYARD LANDINGS II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. AND PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 22 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 13, Courtyard Landings II Condominium, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, page 69, amended in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 83, and subsequent amendments thereto; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2384, Page 3427, and
subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE
A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
