TO: Jordan Alvarado, and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $3,350.00 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about December 19, 2025, at or near the area of S Belcher Rd and Belleair Road, Clearwater, FL, Pinellas County, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
