NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem Relief Only) (“Final Judgment”) dated January 22, 2026, and entered in 25-006595-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF WELLS FARGO COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., MULTIFAMILY MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2022-SB103 is the Plaintiff and MADISYN ON PARK LLC, a/k/a MADISYN PARK LLC and MICHAEL LEON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 11, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The property that is the subject matter of this action is located in Pinellas County, Florida, consisting of apartment units, located in two parcels of land and legally described as:
Lots 16, 17, and 18, Block 2, KNOLLWOOD REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
