YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 14-F of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 114-124, inclusive, all in accordance with, and subject to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4941, page 1-62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2561 Royal Pines Circle, #14-F, Clearwater, Florida, 33763
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
