NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an dated January 27, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 24-005523-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KIAVI FUNDING, INC., Plaintiff and OMY’S COUTURE HAIR DESIGN LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; OMAYRA CRUZ, an Individual; SMART CHOICE ROOFING, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on February 26, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
