COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 22, BLOCK 34, MARY C. FLEMING SUBDIVISION, OF THE THOMAS FITCH GRANT, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN MAP BOOK I, PAGE 1; THENCE NORTH 72 DEGREES 01 MINUTE 52 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 22, FOR A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLD KINGS ROAD, SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS DESCRIPTION; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID COURSE NORTH 72 DEGREES 01 MINUTE 52 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 160.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 17 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 69.14 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 17 DEGREES 01 MINUTE 52 SECONDS WEST, TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLD KINGS ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 160 FEET; THENCE NORTH 17 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 09 SECONDS WEST, ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY, A DISTANCE OF 69.14 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before March 5, 2026 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
