TO: SEPHTON FRASER and if the above named natural persons be married, their unknown spouses, and if any of the above natural persons be dead, their unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, successors or other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, and any and all other persons claiming any right, title, interest, lien, estate or demand in or to the following described real property, situate, lying and being in Charlotte County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 762, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 23, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A through 2Z41, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida also known as 2064 Calcutta Road, Punta Gorda, Florida 33983.
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a deed restriction action seeking injunctive relief together with fees and court costs on the above described property has been filed against you in the above entitled Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint on the Plaintiff’s Attorney, DAVID K. OAKS, ESQ. of DAVID K. OAKS, P.A., P. O. Box 671, Saluda, NC 28773, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 East Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 16 day of March, 2026, otherwise a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
