Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated February 2, 2026, and in Case No. 2025CC003763 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which SOUTHERN CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and CARLOS ROBERTO BISI; SAMARA MIRANDA & JULIANO STENIO SILVA MIRANDA the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on March 6, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 29 as shown on the plat entitled “Southern Crossing” recorded in Plat Book 177, Pages 5 and 6 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
