PHELPS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on March 2, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 1235 S ODONIEL LOOP, LAKELAND, FL 33809 (the “Property”).
