NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25CA000404of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BH GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and TSAVO GROUP INC, a Florida corporation, is the Defendants, I ,Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as described in Paragraph 4 of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2026 and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at the Courthouse located at 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 102 in Collier County, Naples, FL 34112 at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF TRACT NO. 23 GOLDEN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 15, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
