NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-001536-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Lydia Dianne Avakian A/K/A Lydia D. Avakian A/K/A Dianne Avakian; Unknown Spouse Of Lydia Dianne Avakian A/K/A Lydia D. Avakian A/K/A Dianne Avakian; Vanderbilt Community Association, Inc.; United States Of America On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 10, VANDERBILT COUNTRY CLUB, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 30, AT PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8285 Gleneagle Way, Naples, Florida 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
