DOHERTY A/KA CHRISTOPHER DOHERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. DOHERTY A/KA CHRISTOPHER DOHERTY; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWD POINT HE TRUST 2023-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
