NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2026, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2024CA001409CAAXWS, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LORETTA CRAIG A/K/A LORETTA DOROTHY CRAIG A/K/A LAURIE CRAIG A/K/A LORETTA CORBETT, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DANIEL CORBETT SR., UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA LENTES, MARY ELLEN BAKER A/K/A MARY CORBETT, KATHLEEN MARY REPA A/K/A KATHLEEN CORBETT, JOHN P. CORBETT, JR., LAURA PERSHING, CHRISTY BURNS and DALTON LENTES are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 16, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
