The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a neighborhood meeting concerning property located on the corner of U.S. Highway 301 and U.S. Highway 98, Dade City, Florida. The agent of record of the subject property is proposing the following:
1. A change to future land use from Pasco County AC (Agricultural) and C2 (Commercial) zoning to a Planned Development (PD) zoning of the entire property to allow for the ability to develop as residential or commercial use.
The City requires a Neighborhood Meeting to inform nearby property owners about this petition and receive any comments. A Neighborhood Meeting will be held:
