NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 25-CA-002296 on January 28, 2026, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Suncoast Equity Partners LLC, Plaintiff, and 614 Beverly Dr LLC, Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below at Public Sale, online at
www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 3, Brandon Hills Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page(s) 16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
