WEAVER; VICKI BOUTTE PIETRAS; BRIANNA WEAVER; BRIANNA WEAVER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD WAYNE WEAVER A/K/A DONALD W. WEAVER; SOLAR MOSAIC LLC; WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS PARTICIPATION OWNER TRUSTEE FOR JPMMT HELOC PARTICIPATION TRUST, are defendants.
