Unit/Week Number(s) 17 & 20, in Condominium Parcel Unit 970, of Plantation Bay Villas, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2168, Page 1706, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
